Terri Williams Receives ARRM Leadership Legacy Award

Please join us in celebrating Mains’l founder Terri Williams, who received the ARRM Leadership Legacy Award at ARRM’s annual Leadership Conference.

This award honors leaders whose long-term dedication, advocacy, and commitment have empowered people and inspired positive change within home and community-based services.

Terri’s impact spans decades, from developing community-based residential services to creating financial management services and software that empower people to direct their own supports. Her vision and leadership continue to shape the work we do together at Mains’l.

As one nominator shared, “Her legacy is her passion and commitment to create a world that is a better place, one person at a time.”

Mains’l is a member of ARRM (Association of Residential Resources in Minnesota), whose mission is to advocate for, inform, and support Minnesota organizations serving people in the disability and mental health communities.

Congratulations, Terri! Thank you for your passion, leadership, and lasting commitment to people. We also congratulate fellow honorees Connie and Lynne on this well-deserved recognition!
