Steps to Success

We are here to help set up and manage your approved self-directed budget through a straightforward process.

Begin with a Plan

Decide what you need, your goals, and what you hope to achieve.

Select Services &Vendors

Identify the supports and vendors required to achieve your goals.

Set Up Payroll

Work with our team to hire and onboard employees or vendors.

Monitor Progress & Adjust Accordingly

Review your spending summaries provided to you that reflect the services and dollars that were used within your plan, making changes whenever necessary.

Job Opportunities

Mains’l supports participant directed services under Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) in finding support workers by allowing them to post here when they have a job opening.

The Human Resources Department at Mains’l is not involved in these positions, so please contact the person listed within the job postings if you are interested in working for them.

Current participants in our FMS can download timesheets, view payroll schedules, and access the forms used most, in one place.
