So enthusiastic were the company’s crew about the “person-centered,” “fun” and “collaborative” culture at Mains’l that it was ranked number 14 of all Top Workplaces in Minnesota.

The Star Tribune, Minnesota’s leading daily newspaper, has hosted the Top Workplaceprogram for over two decades to celebrate innovation and excellence in our state. Employees complete a survey containing 15 statements that gauge the culture of each participating company, as well as written statements. This year, Mains’l employees called out in particular that the company encourages new ideas and innovation, different points of view and a general sense of appreciation for everyone who works there.
