“I asked questions and learned about how the skills taught can be used in a workplace environment. It set me up for understanding how to work through social situations that might come my way with my boss, my coworkers and customers – situations that are both good and bad, and how I can make the bad ones into a good one. For example, there have been many times when my coworkers have been talking, and I needed to find the right moment to interject, or I wanted to find a common topic that we both relate to so I can get to know them better. PEERS goes over how to do all of that. I have become better friends with my coworkers, and the skills helped me both work through small conflicts and prevent me from creating conflicts. “
