We’re excited to announce the simultaneous launch of our two brand-new websites for Mains’l Services and Mains’l Solutions.
The refreshed Mains’l Services website prioritizes accessibility, making it easier than ever for everyone, especially those we support and their families, to quickly find resources, information, and support offerings.
At the same time, we’ve launched a dedicated Mains’l Solutions website. Here, you’ll clearly find our specialized software tools including Navigation Plus for HCBS, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and Center On Me. Separating these offerings helps clarify how our technology solutions support our broader mission

Submitting Feedback
In the first weeks of our new Services and Solutions websites, we’re asking users to let us know if anything isn’t working quite right, including broken or misdirected text, images or text that doesn’t display correctly, or if there’s anything that could be improved.
To submit feedback, you can find the “Send Feedback” button in the bottom left-hand corner of the website, which will open up a small window within the page. You will asked to submit feedback on either a specific part of the page you are viewing, or the website as a whole. From there, you will be given the option to describe the issue, within a text book.
To submit your feedback, please provide your email address and consent to the data privacy profile, before selecting ‘Submit Feedback’. Our website development team will then receive your request to review accordingly.
Your input helps us catch anything that may have been missed before launch and continue improving the experience!
