AN OVERVIEW OF OUR SUPPORTS
Everything we offer is solution-oriented and builds on the strengths of each person. Our mental and behavioral health professionals have a passion to help people live a life of meaning and purpose and can work with each person in their own home or in other environments, such as schools, workplaces and communities.
SUPPORTS FOR PEOPLE
Our mental and behavioral health team focuses on supporting people to live lives of their own choosing. We offer:
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Positive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Positive Support Transition Plans (PSTPs)
Person Centered Planning
SUPPORTS FOR FAMILY + CAREGIVERS
We collaborate with family members and caregivers to identify what’s working and not working from each person’s perspective. Then, we work together to develop a plan to meet the person’s needs. Through this process, we walk alongside family and caregivers to not only “work the plan” but also build confidence and competence in supporting the person and each other.
TRAININGS + DEVELOPMENT
Person Centered Thinking Training (PCT®) focuses on empowering people to have positive control in their lives.
Trauma Informed Supports (TIS) offers a view of trauma from the perspective of the person.
