Kristi Olzeske,
Vice President of Services

Kristi Olzeske has worked in the disabilities field since 1987. Her work experiences include Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H), Intermediate Care Facility-Mental Retardation (ICF-MR), and waivered services. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Kristi has worked for Mains'l Services, Inc. for over 11 years in the capacity of a direct care professional, program manager, program director, and now as vice president of services. She began the Consumer Directed Program for Mains'l Services, Inc. in 1999, when Mains'l Services, Inc. was asked to be one of the first four (4) vendors to deliver this service in Hennepin County. Since that time, Kristi has been involved with the ever-changing face of Consumer Directed Supports.

Stacy Roe,
Program Manager
|
Stacy Roe has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Gerontology. She has worked for Mains'l Services, Inc. since 2001 and has been a member of the CDO team since 2003. She has worked with people with various abilities, in a variety of programs: In-Home, Respite, Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS), Consumer Directed Community Services (CDCS), and 24-hour Supervised Living Supports (SLS.) Stacy has been trained on dual diagnosis of developmental disabilities and mental illness and is a certified traumatic brain injury specialist. She is passionate about people learning to advocate for their own wants and needs.

Haley Tschida, Program Manager |
Haley Tschida joined the Mains'l Consumer Directed Options team in October 2007. Haley has seven years experience as a Program Director for the YMCA. In this role, she was responsible for all childcare and youth programming. She designed and supervised the implementation of the programs, was responsible for staff training and supervision, and ensured that quality customer service was delivered. As one of the CDO team members, Haley will continue to ensure excellent customer service and help to carry on the mission of Mains'l Services, Inc.
