- What if I/my child/parent/friend doesn't have a waiver?

- How do I know the people (employees) working with me or my loved one knows what they're doing?
With Consumer Directed Options, you hire the people to work with your family member. Whether your employee is another family member, a next door neighbor, or someone from school, you choose your employees.
With Traditional Supports, employees receive extensive training in Creating Positive Environments, Personal Outcomes, CPR, First Aid, Vulnerable Individuals, and site specific on the job training.
You can also see employees in action. We welcome family members to participate in activities, meals, or just visit. You can see, first hand, the interactions of any employee.
