CHILDREN'S CORPORATE FOSTER CARE

We support children who have...

• who have mental health concerns
• with challenging behaviors
• who have pervasive developmental disorders/autism spectrum
• who are medically fragile
• who have a brain injury
• who have cognitive or intellectual disabilities
• who have physical disabilities

Children eligible for placement are on a current CADI waiver, require a 24 hour plan of care, and need supportive services for continued stabilization of mental and behavioral health symptoms. The program focuses on development of independent living skills for successful transition into independence, guided social integration, and development of emotional/behavioral coping skills. Staff are specially trained to manage disruptive behaviors. Mains'l Services, Inc. works closely with families, counties, and interdisciplinary team members to develope support plans.

Mains'l Services, Inc. also provides other supports to children including In-Home, respite care, consumer directed options, and behavioral and mental health services.
