Mains'l Services, Inc. began offering fiscal intermediary services in 1999. Since 2007, we have been a full service financial management company. Today, public agencies can choose from Agency with Choice (AWC), Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA), Fiscal Conduit (FC), or SubAgent to a Government/FEA services.
Our systems have proven to drive efficiencies, create flexibility, and allow substantial cost savings. Along with our state partners, we received two Productivity awards for our work in 2008.

Our financial systems have been field tested over time to perform necessary financial functions including: creating individualized budgets, processing payroll, completing IRS filings, issuing vendor payments, reconciling participant bank accounts monthly, processing and submitting electronic billing, and preparing detailed monthly spending reports. You receive accurate, timely reports, with the data you want, when you need it.
