Mains’l is currently seeking a part-time Office Assistant to work in our Maple Grove office with Consumer Directed Options (CDO) team.
This position is responsible for:
- Verifying, auditing and correcting timesheets
- Respond to questions/inquiries from both internal and external customers
- Maintain customer records
- Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, mass mailings, and copying.
- Develop and publish monthly newsletter
- Verification of eligibility of services
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Proven high degree of organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field preferred
The qualified applicant will possess high energy, a positive attitude, creativity and strong problem solving skills and have positive communication skills with all internal and external customers.
