Employment Opportunities
At Mains'l Services, Inc. we believe that our employees are the most important factor in delivering high quality supports. We hire "crew members" who are energetic, compassionate, and dedicated people. We have full and part time positions available.
In licensed traditional supports, employees complete a thorough training plan. Training includes orientation of the agency's philosophy, Vulnerable Individuals policy and procedure, Creating Positive Environments, emergency procedures, and on-the-job training. There are no formal training requirements for employees working in consumer directed or personal supports, unless the managing party/family requires it.
Benefits for full-time employees include 401(k) and medical/dental/life insurance. All employees are eligible for education assistance, mileage reimbursement and career advancement.
Criminal Background Checks (BCAs) are completed on all employees. Only those people who have approved BCAs will be hired/retained by Mains'l Services, Inc.
