  1. How can I get more timesheets?

    Three ways:
    1. Talk to your program manager
    2. Download a copy - Consumer Directed Timesheets - Traditional Supports Timesheets
    3. Call our main offices, and we’d be happy to send them out:

  2. When will I be reimbursed for my expenses?

    For Consumer Directed Options expenses, the process for most reimbursements takes approximately one week. When we receive them, it goes to your program manager for authorization; then it goes to the accounts receivable department, where it is entered, printed, and mailed.

    For employee expenses/payroll, once your manager approves it, it will be reimbursed to you/your employee during the upcoming payroll period.
  3. I/My staff person was paid wrong. Who do I contact?

    Contact your program manager immediately. Click here for contact names and numbers.
    In an emergency, you may contact Amy Mahaffey, payroll manager, at 763-416-9124, or 800-441-6525.
  4. Who do I contact for benefits information?

    In Minnesota: contact the Human Resources Department, 763-494-4553 or 800-441-6525.
    In California: contact the Human Resources Department at 530-899-1907 or 8888-889-4588
  5. What do I do if I want more hours or to work at another house?

    Discuss your needs/wants with your Program Manager. They can assist you from there.
