- How can I get more timesheets?
Three ways:

- When will I be reimbursed for my expenses?
For Consumer Directed Options expenses, the process for most reimbursements takes approximately one week. When we receive them, it goes to your program manager for authorization; then it goes to the accounts receivable department, where it is entered, printed, and mailed.
For employee expenses/payroll, once your manager approves it, it will be reimbursed to you/your employee during the upcoming payroll period.
- I/My staff person was paid wrong. Who do I contact?

- Who do I contact for benefits information?
In Minnesota: contact the Human Resources Department, 763-494-4553 or 800-441-6525.

- What do I do if I want more hours or to work at another house?
Discuss your needs/wants with your Program Manager. They can assist you from there.
