Terri Williams, president/CEO
Terri Williams has been advocating and working for people with disabilities since 1972. Her first experience as a program specialist left her with a passion and commitment to "creating a world where people live lives that are personally meaningful, one person at a time." Since then she has held positions as program director, program consultant, and administrator. In 1985 she became a partner in Independent Alternatives, Inc., and, in 1988, incorporated and founded Mains'l Services, Inc. Terri has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in Music Education and Music Therapy, 1976, with a specialization in Mental Retardation. She also has thirty graduate hours in social service administration. Terri has been a member of several boards of directors, including Arc Minnesota, the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), and Past President of the Association of Residential Resources (ARRM) and the American Association of Mental Retardation (AARM).

Pam McCrea, chief operating officer
Pam McCrea has over twenty-five (25) years in leadership positions in the human services industry. She has worked with several organizations in advancing the vision, mission, core values, and determining the strategic direction to assure quality services, while maximizing resources and driving financial efficiencies. Before joining Mains'l Services, Inc. in 2004, Pam was the chief executive officer for Good Shepherd Communities, headquartered in California. From 1995-1998, she was the vice president of Children and Family Services for Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota. Pam has played key roles in community organizations, including City of Eagan City Council Member, President of United Way, Deputy Director for the Department of Economic Security, and Planning Director for the Governor's Manpower Office in St. Paul. Pam received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Corrections and a Master's of Science Degree in Vocation Rehabilitation Counseling from Mankato State University.

Donna Olson, sr. vice president of services
Donna Olson has committed her career to working with people with disabilities. After receiving Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from St. Cloud State University, Donna's experience has included working as a human services tech/lead teacher in the Day Achievement Center (DAC) of a regional treatment center, a live-in children's group home supervisor for a total of six years, and a program director and program consultant for a residential support agency. She has worked for Mains'l Services, Inc. since 1989, when the company was incorporated. There, she has held positions as director of program services and, most recently, as the senior vice president of services.

Kristi Olzeske, vice president of services
Kristi Olzeske has worked in the social services field since 1987. Her work experiences include Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H), Intermediate Care Facility-Mental Retardation (ICF-MR), and waivered services. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Kristi has worked for Mains'l Services, Inc. for over 11 years in the capacity of a direct care staff, program manager, program director, and now as vice president of services. She began the Consumer Directed Program for Mains'l Services, Inc. in 1999, when we were asked to be one of the first four (4) vendors to deliver this service in Hennepin County. Since that time, Kristi has been involved with the ever-changing face of Consumer Directed Supports.

Dorrie Koenig, chief financial officer
Dorrie Koenig has over twenty (20) years of experience with medical financial systems, ranging from nursing homes, ICF’s, HCBS funding streams, mental health clinics, third party payers, etc. Relevant experience includes Medicaid audits, desk audits, and designing and implementing electronic billing systems. She has worked with several systems analysts to create new, more efficient systems for billing, and processing vendor and employee and tax payments that ensure data integrity, simplify processes and drive down cost.
